LeadChange, and it’s charity partner HorseHeard bring this one-day introduction to equine facilitated learning which provides participants with an overview of the theory, practise and commercial aspects of this powerful approach to personal development. It is suitable for coaches, consultants and practitioners who want to explore integrating working with horses to their practise, or further their skills as a coach/facilitator. The course is highly experiential – blending classroom learning and hands-on sessions with horses.

THE COURSE FACILITATORS
Rosalie is the MD of LeadChange and a Chartered Psychologist who specialises in leadership development. She uses a blend of psychology, current leadership thinking, neuroscience and commercial knowledge to deliver high quality high impact experiential learning. She has developed her expertise working with senior leaders in FTSE 100 and global organisations across a range of industries as a consultant, talent business partner and coach. She is also a trustee of HorseHeard, LeadChane’s charity partner who work with horses to promote positive emotional health and resilience outcomes for children, young people and adults in need.
Andrew McFarlane has specialised in the creation and delivery of experiential learning programmes with horses since 2002. He is Chairman of HorseHeard – an innovative charity delivering equine-facilitated programmes in the not-for profit sector. Over the years Andrew has facilitated thousands of participants in hundreds of LeadChange workshops, both in the UK and overseas – including in France, Spain, Greece, Egypt, Singapore, Ghana, Thailand, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Oman and the USA. LeadChange is a recognised leader in equine facilitated learning. Andrew has an MBA and is an NLP Master Practitioner.
